Impressed by the excellent quality and speed of installation of TOMAS tent warehouses, Day Plus decided to install a second tent warehouse in November 2021 and expanded the tent warehouse with a cooling function to maintain product quality in 2023.

Preventing Foreign Object Intrusion and Enhancing Storage Efficiency
E5 Canvas Tent Warehouse and High-Performance Sheet Shutters

Another stand out feature of TOMAS tent warehouses is the use of Japanese-made E5 canvas. It is made by dipping and coating in a polymer solution, making it highly durable and fire retardant. Additionally, the fablic is fluorine-coated, which not only enhances durability but also reduces dust adhesion to the surface. These features make E5 canvas a long-lasting product that can be used for 10 years.

Uniflow Sheet Shutter "SMOOTER" prevents external intrusions such as dust, insects, odors, and heat. When the outer door opens, it automatically blows air vertically to prevent foreign objects from entering the tent and blocking external heat, thereby demonstrating energy-saving effects. Additionally, it is equipped with a contactless switch that allows opening and closing without direct contact with the shutter, promoting hygiene and contributing to preventing infectious diseases. /p>

The new Smoother "RX Series" developed by Uniflow allows alternating opening and closing of two doors with a single sensor installed between them using the "Simple Interlock Function." Additionally, by changing the rails and installing rollers at the ends of the pipes, the system to enhances stability, making it resistant to strong winds and changes in atmospheric pressure. The tent warehouses installed by TOMAS are contributing to improve the storage efficiency and quality management of Day Plus products.
