Because there is a history of making robots sturdy so that they do not produce errors, they are not only of high quality but also tough, durable, and can be used for a long time" says Mr. Eda of Ueno (Thailand).

"We plan to establish an FA sales group within the company this year and hire two Thai sales representatives who will be in charge of FA only. We plan to take the lead in promoting the technology, functions and maintenance of Yamaha products," says Mr. Fukigami of Ueno (Thailand).
Founded as a tool dealer, Ueno (Thailand) has been visiting customers frequently, listening to the problems and issues they were facing, and sometimes uncovering latent problems.
