The team who worked behind the scenes of UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is divided into 3 parts as follows:
1.The Rental Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between customers, sales staff, and warehouses, by taking care of the orderliness of renting and returning goods, managing stock, including documentation and billing.
2.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between the customers and the sales staff, supervising the orderliness of delivery and preparing quotations and billing documents.
3. The Accounting Department is responsible for supervising and controlling customer service, delivery of goods, and document preparation to ensure they go on smoothly.

The Back-office team can provide support to customers promptly and accurately. For example, if the customer urgently needs to rent the product, the rental coordinator will check the availability of the products as well as confirm the time and pickup location of the products. Or if the customer wants UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to deliver the products, we also have a service car where customers can check expenses before proceeding. We can prepare products and be ready to deliver them within one day.

Providing advice on products that meet the needs of customers is another strength of the company.
