Hello, my name is Soimesa from UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Our company is a rental provider of wooden pallets, plastic pallets, and racks. We have products ready to serve and warehouses spread out in industrial areas such as Rojana, Navanakorn, Bangna, Laem Chabang, Rayong, and etc. Our company also conducts on-site inspections and advises on the efficient management of storage spaces and logistics arrangements under expert supervision. In addition, there is also retail and wholesale service of various equipment used in the warehouse, whether pallets, racks, stretch film, hand lifts, etc. This article will introduce the team who works behind the scenes, also known as the back-office team of UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd., that provides coordination services for customers.

The Back-office team of UPR (Thailand) is ready to serve customers with speedy and extensive transportation services.

The team who worked behind the scenes of UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is divided into 3 parts as follows:
1.The Rental Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between customers, sales staff, and warehouses, by taking care of the orderliness of renting and returning goods, managing stock, including documentation and billing.
2.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between the customers and the sales staff, supervising the orderliness of delivery and preparing quotations and billing documents.
3. The Accounting Department is responsible for supervising and controlling customer service, delivery of goods, and document preparation to ensure they go on smoothly.

The Back-office team can provide support to customers promptly and accurately. For example, if the customer urgently needs to rent the product, the rental coordinator will check the availability of the products as well as confirm the time and pickup location of the products. Or if the customer wants UPR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to deliver the products, we also have a service car where customers can check expenses before proceeding. We can prepare products and be ready to deliver them within one day.

Providing advice on products that meet the needs of customers is another strength of the company.

If any customers are still hesitant or have never received the services of the company, they can contact the sales staff for a consultation about product specifications and usage requirements. We have a highly experienced team ready to support you all the time. If any customers are still unsure about the usage of that type of product, they can test the product for a 7-day trial. When the product type, quantity, and date of receipt have been confirmed, customers can pick up the products at the specified location and time. Our warehouses are located in many industrial and warehouse areas such as Rojana, Navanakorn, Bangna, Laem Chabang, Rayong provinces, and etc.

There are two types of products that are currently in high demand: the red pallet size of 100 x 120 x 16 cm, the distinctive feature of this pallet type is the flat surface. Therefore, dust does not get stuck inside, making it suitable for customers who want the pallet to be extra clean. In addition, on the side of the pallet, one of the legs is E-shaped, and the other side is a window, making it more versatile. The second one is a U-shaped shelf and an inverted U-shaped shelf, which can be stacked to increase storage space without having to install a permanent rack. It is suitable for customers who have a critical period of the year for extra inventory needs. This type of pallet allows for a more efficient use of space.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.
