Here is an example of a demonstration for O-ring inspection that can be applied across range of industries.



This demonstration assumes the image inspection of circular resin components (products consisting of closed curves of varying width) such as O-rings, gaskets, oil seals, and rubber packing.

In addition to inspecting scratches, burrs, and defects on the top and bottom surfaces using ViSCO's tracking edge function, the new system can also inspect the inner and outer sides by utilizing a lighting unit with built-in mirrors arranged in a circular pattern.
