In Thailand, the tendency for big automobile manufacturers to require suppliers to have high-level automatic inspection is getting stronger. However, automation of inspection cannot be realized overnight. An automobile is made from a huge amount of parts with various forms and materials, and part inspections are still being done by human eyes and hands.

In order to promote automation of inspection, ViSCO is making full use of its own original technology to propose solutions to various appearance inspection problems. Please let us introduce 3 of our products and original technologies that are scheduled to be exhibited at one of largest exhibitions in Southeast Asia, the “Manufacturing Expo 2019” which is going to be held during June 19th-22nd.

1. Our own original high-speed image inspection technology developed for disc shaped parts, like bearings!

Bearings and gears are important parts of an automobile such that one automobile is built with more than 100 bearings. But it is not easy to detect a small scar on their lateral sides due to the shape with curves and unevenness that makes detection difficult.
Utilizing our original optical technology, ViSCO makes detection possible by applying high- speed inspection technology using consecutive photographing. A high precision inspection is realized by making 1 complete image by linking all the photos shot around the lateral side circumference of a gear/bearing. By changing the lighting, a small bulge or dent that cannot be detected by lighting from only one direction can be detected. Furthermore, maintaining a high level of precision, the utilization of robots enables manpower reduction and efficiency improvement.

２．Inspection technology for plastic molded products (Injection molding)

The technology to do an appearance inspection, measurement, and cavitation judgement of plastic molded products in a short time.
It measures the size and inspects the appearance of both the front and back of its subject that is put on a glass table after coming in from a random direction, by taking photos with 2 cameras, one on the upper side and the other on the bottom side. Shown in the following video, it is excellent in FA (automation) by combining with a small size robot, and contributes to automation and manpower reduction.

３. ViSCO’s original image processing inspection equipment VTV-9000 series, “an inspection algorithm to think like a human”

We are planning to exhibit the VTV-9000 series, that is made with the gathering of image processing technology from ViSCO. We will propose a best fit VTV series to match every type of inspection.

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
