Even if imaging from an oblique with a normal camera like a visual inspection, it can focus only part of the image, the image has a sense of perspective and it is not suitable for inspection. 1. Clearly imaging defects such as scratches and irregularities
By imaging from the oblique, the shadow of the defect is made by the positive reflection light and it produces a high contrast. This makes it easy to confirm defect and the irregularity that were difficult to see in the image directly above.
