It is enabling high-difficulty inspection, shortening inspection time in the production line namely contributing to improved productivity.

Inspection example
1. Lead inspection
Register the lead part as the reference, and detect each lead by the search.
Then, detect the tip position of each lead, and the pitch between the leads, the variation of the lead tip, and the lead length from the lead root are inspected.





①Lead total width inspection
The sum of the length of the length from the tip of each opposing lead to the lead reference line is "total lead width". It is required for each lead pair.





② Lead pitch inspection
Set the line from each lead tip to the lead tip reference line as the measurement coordinate point. The absolute distance of each adjacent measurement coordinate point is the "lead pitch". All the adjoining leads are inspected.





③Lead tip variation width inspection
The length of the line from each lead tip to the lead tip reference lines is the "lead-tip variation". Readings are required for each lead.






④Positional deviation inspection of lead
Measure the deviation of the pitch direction of the lead detection point from the reference position.






2. Coplanarity Inspection
An inspection that determines the reference line and checks whether the lead is within that tolerance.
Imaged from the position immediately lateral to the object and inspect whether there is a lift.






3. Mold inspection
Inspect the characters of the mold surface and inspect the scratches.
