ViSCO has developed a six-sided appearance visual inspection system that utilizes the technology of super deep depth of field camera, which can focus on the entire surfaces, even when viewed from an oblique, just like visual inspection by human eyes. This makes it possible to perform high-precision inspections at high speed.

*A concept device is meant that a unit that integrates ViSCO's image processing inspection system and the inspection solution, and proposes a new inspection form, namely concept, including the conveying part.

① Muso mechanism (Patent pending)
From an oblique angle, captures 8 images at each 45 degrees. Utilizing the super deep depth of field camera, perform a high-speed inspection of the entire surface while rotating the 3-D workpiece.

② Super deep depth of field camera (Patented, design right acquired)
Multiple faces are imaged at once by imaging from the oblique. By rotating, the entire surface inspection without the blind spot is possible.
