The ultrasonic atomizer "ViruClear Atomizer" is a device that atomizes liquids used for various applications into a mist (as extremely fine particles) by ultrasonic waves using piezoelectric ceramics. The atomized particles are much finer than those of ordinary humidifiers, and the feature is that it can be used without any problems even with weakly acidic hypochlorite water, which cannot be used with other ultrasonic humidifiers.

The ViruClear Atomizer efficiently atomizes weakly acidic hypochlorite water that can safely sanitize odor-causing substances, bacteria, and viruses, allowing it to diffuse quickly and float in the air for a long time. It also maximizes the surface area per amount released with each spray, which efficiently promotes sterilization and deodorization. It is widely used in humidification and atomization experiments conducted at universities and research institutes, as well as in medical care facilities.

Ultrasonic Atomizer VC-JM-200

“VC-JM-200” is the de facto standard model of ultrasonic atomizers sold by Yamada Machine Tools (Thailand). With a compact size using a 1L water bottle and capability of spraying 125cc per hour, it can be easily mounted on the wall using metal fittings.

Ultrasonic Atomizer VC-JM-301

This very popular ultrasonic atomizer has received more than four times as many orders as the quantity of the initial production when it was launched in May 2020. As the successor to the model sold in Japan, the cost has been reduced by decreasing one tank. The water supply tank has a capacity of 3.3 liters, more than three times that of the VC-JM-200. One more tank can be added as an option.

Ultrasonic Atomizer VC-JM-10000

“VC-JM-1000” is a high-capacity type that can be changed to a pump water supply system and has a custom duct extension. It is suitable for deodorization and sterilization in large areas where many people gather, such as conference rooms, entrances to facilities, and restaurants. When using this device by embedding it in the wall of a facility, the power switch of the main body adopted a rocker type to meet the user's request for enabling external control on the power supply side. The switches for six ultrasonic vibrators can also be set to ON / OFF independently.
