For better environment at factories (production sites)

ViruClear hypochlorite water generation system

A generating device of 'hypochlorite water' with high sterilizing effect, used in hospitals in Japan

ViruClear is a device for making slightly acidic hypochlorite water, which is close to the pH of the human body, safe and highly effective in sterilization, and is now commonly used in hospitals in Japan. Using a unique carbon dioxide gas mixing method, it can safely and inexpensively generate a large capacity of 300 liters per hour of slightly acidic (pH 5-6.5) hypochlorite water "ViruClear Water" with a high effective chlorine concentration of 200 ppm.

Viruclear Water is 80 times more effective at sterilize viruses and bacteria than ordinary kitchen bleach (sodium hypochlorite solution) with the same chlorine concentration.

The National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE), a public research organization in Japan, has also completed an evaluation of the sterilization capability of the product against the new coronavirus, and it has been proven that the virus is inactivated by more than 99.99% in 20 seconds of exposure to hypochlorite water of about 35 ppm. *1

Examples of use for ViruClear Water
・ Deodorant and disinfection (spray) of toilets, shoes, clothes, rooms, etc.
・ Sterilization of fresh foods such as vegetables and seafood (rinse with ViruClear Water)
・ Sterilization of kitchen (spray, cleaning with ViruClear Water, etc.)
・ Sanitization of fingers, sterilization of contact parts such as doorknobs, and others

* It is used only for sterilization and does not have strong detergency
* If chlorine odor remains after washing food, rinsing with tap water is recommended

Hypochlorous acid, the main ingredient of hypochlorite water "ViruClear Water", is deactivated when it comes in contact with organic matter (a phenomenon in which it decomposes itself along with the target matter, such as bacteria) and is reduced to water, so it has almost no adverse effect on the human body.

* Not suitable for drinking

Situation for Example of Utilizing ViruClear generator
・ Restaurants (franchise headquarters, etc.)
・ Food processing factories
・ General factories (prevention of food poisoning in canteen / sanitization at the time of entry / general measures against infectious diseases)
・ Medical institutions such as hospitals / dental clinics
・ Public institutions and public transportations (sterilization of publicly shared items such as seats / hanging straps), and others

Using our "ALCOOL" and ViruClear together, the sterilization effect will be further enhanced.
