The highlight of this exhibition is a Semi-automatic Dataweigh with Auto-Feeding System that combines a state-of-the-art multihead scale and a device that automatically inputs products.

Foods that are soft and easily damaged, such as raw chicken meat, must be manually input into the weighing machine, and there are problems such as the skill level of the operator affecting work efficiency.

In addition, it has been said that it is difficult to fully automate the process from input to weighing because raw chicken meat sticks to machines and conveyors when input onto a multihead scale. However, this device solves the problem of conventional raw chicken meat weighing with our unique technology. A fully automatic device that can input and weigh raw chicken meat at high speed is our patent product that other companies do not have.

In Thailand, the need for chicken meat is so high that it is said to account for about half of the total meat consumption, and the production volume is increasing along with the growth of exports. This product greatly improves the productivity of the meat handling line.

"Dataweigh™" also has a lineup of table-top types. This product adopts a belt transport system for discharge to minimize product damage. It is the optimum device for quantitative packing of agricultural products, fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, confectionery, etc. The new product has further speeded up weighing and transportation operations, achieving a maximum fixed quantity of 50 packs/minute. It boasts about 1.5 times the weighing speed of conventional machines.
