Equipped with the latest high-performance AC servo drive, it achieves stable high-speed processing of 135 bags/min. In addition, corresponding packing weight is possible up to 15 kg. ■ A variety of packing patterns
A variety of packing patterns such as stacking (flat stacking and upright stacking), flat packing (including grid pattern), and fallen-domino stuffing, and box-packing products such as parcel package, pillow bags, square-bottomed gusset bags, and stand pouches are also available to handle. ■ Easy rearrangement
The product in-take flight is one-touch attachable/detachable without a tool. In addition, by modifying the attachable/detachable area, the workability has improved compared to the past unit, realized up to 10 minutes of setup change duration. Furthermore, depending on the packing pattern, the flight pitch can also be changed matching with the number of flights equipped and the thickness of the product. A tick mark and an indicator are set in the location of the setup change.
