Multihead scale

Dataweigh ε ™ (Epsilon) series

A new type load cell with high natural frequencies reduces frequency stability time and enabled high-speed weighing. The YAMATO SCALE's unique AFC system (Automatic Feed Control) and evolved vibration characteristics of the feeder have realized optimum product feed, and increased factory-operating ratio. It contributes to the improvement of productivity in the measurement and the packaging line at the Thailand factory.

Dataweigh Alpha Advance series

While inheriting the simple design and easy operation of α-plus, it is now possible to measure high-speed and high precision weighing. Up to 75 weighing/min with 10 unit-model and up to 140 weighing/min with 14 unit-model have realized high-speed operation. The hopper and the straight trough can easily attach/detach without a tool, and the efficiency of the maintenance and the cleaning work is improved.

Semiautomatic Table-top DataweighTM TSDW-205W

Manual work surely causes weighing losses. With the use of TSDW-205W and TSDW-206W, such problems can be solved and increase the production of quantitative packs with the same raw materials as before. We promise to improve productivity and reduce the weighing loss at food processing plants in Thailand. In addition, it is a combination weighing machine that hasimproved washing performance.

The Tabletop Data Way TM (TSDW) with an automatic discharge mechanism can measure quickly and accurately perishable and fragile products in a quantitative pack-packed operation. However, there were problems such as difficult to supply into the measurement unit and supply mistakes due to the characteristics and shape of the product.
