After the Take-out Robot takes out the product, it carries the product to the standby cutting plier position and performs gate cutting. The ±0.1mm numerically controlled "posture-controlled cutting plier" repeatedly and accurately performs cutting operations that require severe angle adjustment, just like human hands.
Automatic and stable gate-cutting operations are realized even for parts with severe gate residuals or that are difficult to cut due to large gate openings.
