Khi đến thăm cơ sở của các khách hàng, chúng tôi thường bắt gặp họ đang sử dụng những chiếc bu-lông bị rỉ sét, không được bảo dưỡng đầy đủ.

Sau đây là các điểm kiểm tra cụ thể để đảm bảo rằng các bu lông thích hợp được sử dụng. Người phụ trách nên có thói quen kiểm tra chúng hàng ngày như một danh sách kiểm tra.

✓ Các đường ren của bu lông có bị vỡ không?
✓ Có đủ một lượng dầu trên bề mặt bu-lông không?
✓ Bu-lông có bị rỉ sét không?
✓ Có sử dụng bu-lông có kích thước (chiều dài) phù hợp không?
✓ Khi siết bu lông, hãy đảm bảo sử dụng mô-men siết và siết chặt bằng một lực thích hợp (giá trị đã quy định).

Khi gắn chặt đồ gá jig và mẫu cần kiểm tra bằng bu-lông, mô-men siết bu-lông rất quan trọng.Nếu không sử dụng đúng giá trị được quy định cho mô-men siết, kết quả kiểm tra sẽ bị ảnh hưởng rất nhiều.Nếu mô-men xoắn yếu hơn giá trị quy định, đồ gá jig hoặc mẫu cần kiểm tra sẽ không được giữ chặt đúng cách, dẫn đến tiếng kêu lạch cạch hoặc sự cộng hưởng không mong muốn. Ngược lại, nếu mô-men xoắn lớn hơn giá trị quy định, bu-lông sẽ bị vỡ, hoặc đồ gá jig hoặc mẫu cần kiểm tra sẽ bị hỏng.
