High-performance resin with high-temperature resistance and metal-like durability

Also known as thermoplastic resin, it is a synthetic resin with both heat resistance (above 100°C) and durability. Lighter than metal and easier to mass-produce in the same shape, it is suitable for weight saving and cost reduction as an intermediate material between resin and metal.

【Main materials handled】
・MC nylon (monomer cast nylon)
A material with excellent wear resistance and oil resistance, widely used as engineering plastic. There is high demand for it in Thailand as well.

・POM (polyacetal resin)
Low water absorption and excellent mechanical properties such as strength and rigidity. Reinforced annealed product with less distortion during machining is also available.

・UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene)
Excellent impact resistance, sliding properties, chemical resistance, and water absorbency. Low hardness and easy to be scratched.

・PA (polyamide resin)
Excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and tensile strength. Strong enough to be used as a substitute for metal, and has water absorbency.

・PC (Polycarbonate)
It is characterized by high transparency, and has excellent impact resistance and electrical conductivity. Dimensional accuracy is easy to obtain, but it is vulnerable to steam and chemicals. Thin sheets can be free-cut.

・PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)
Tough and rigid, with excellent heat aging resistance and electrical properties. Alkali-sensitive.
