Engineering plastics

Also known as thermoplastic resin, it is a synthetic resin with both heat resistance (above 100°C) and durability. Lighter than metal and easier to mass-produce in the same shape, it is suitable for weight saving and cost reduction as an intermediate material between resin and metal.

Resin cutting (lathe machining)

Lathe machining involves rotating the workpiece and cutting it with a fixed turning tool. It is suitable for machining rotating cylindrical shape objects. By using a multi-task machine that combines the functions of an NC lathe and machining, higher precision machining is achieved.

Super engineering plastics

Among engineering plastics, this resin has high mechanical strength, heat resistance (150°C or higher), and chemical resistance. It is utilized for industrial products used in even harsher environments than engineering plastics.

Resin cutting (machining)

It supports large-scale machining, which is rare as a resin machining manufacturer in Thailand. The company owns simultaneous 5-axis control machining centers, allowing it to finish complex multi-surface machining with high precision and speed.

General-purpose plastics

Common thermoplastics account for the majority of plastic products. Because it is inexpensive, has good processability, and is highly mass-producible, it is used in a wide range of applications including household and industrial products. Heat deformation temperature is less than 100°C.

Resin annealing (heat treatment)

Annealing treatment is performed in a large dryer owned by the company to remove residual stress from materials and products by applying heat to the resin to prevent deformation of the machined product. This process is effective in stabilizing dimensional accuracy and preventing deformation and cracking such as resin distortion.

Resin machining - Quality control (QC)

Quality inspections are conducted at each step of the process to ensure thorough quality control. The room temperature in the factory is kept at 24°C to ensure accurate inspections

Thermosetting plastics

It hardens when heated and does not melt or return to its original state when heated again. It has extremely high heat resistance and mechanical strength, and because it can be used as a metal substitute, it is used in a wide range of industrial precision parts.

Resin welding/Adhesion/Bending

We will craft various machining through hand finishing, using a wide variety of processing machines.
