Our scraper type conveyor is suitable to be adapted to machining centers and grinding machines for small metal chips that would get caught in the joints of a hinge type. It discharges the metal chips by dropping them to the bottom of the conveyor and then scraping them out. The magnet placed at the bottom of the conveyor will catch all the minute pieces of metal and discharge accurately. The stainless scrapers can efficiently collect the metal chips. Aluminum metal chips can get so light that they will float around in the coolant. Our drum filter will catch the aluminum and then blow it of using a nozzle so that it can be discharged.
