Our hinge type conveyors are suitable to be adapted to lathe/turning machines. We use thick metal for the main parts of the conveyor so that it does not abrade and has a high durability. Our scraper type conveyor is suitable to be adapted to machining centers and grinding machines for small metal chips that would get caught in the joints of a hinge type. It discharges the metal chips by dropping them to the bottom of the conveyor and then scraping them out. The magnet placed at the bottom of the conveyor will catch all the minute pieces of metal and discharge accurately. The stainless scrapers can efficiently collect the metal chips. Aluminum metal chips can get so light that they will float around in the coolant. Our drum filter will catch the aluminum and then blow it of using a nozzle so that it can be discharged. The filter will always be in a cleaned state so that no maintenance is required and it can be used continuously. Moretech manufacture a PATENTED chip crusher specially designed to be highly durable against load. Unlike other models, our crushers have a guide shaft and a rotating blade shaft vertically attached and also fixed blades on both sides. The filter with the filtration accuracy of approximately 10μｍ (micro-meters) will catch minute metal chips and other foreign objects in the coolant.
