NANO PRECISION was established in 2004 as a trading arm of the metal precision shaft manufacturer "FORTUNE CROSS (Thailand)". The first business we handled was sales of the JIS fastener JIS Fasteners (commonly known as E-RING and C-RING) that was assembled on a shaft manufactured by FORTUNE CROSS, considered to be a synergistic effect.

Mr. Oishi, the Managing Director, knew that Japanese-made fasteners were not competitive in price compared to those of local Thai companies. Therefore, we imported fasteners from several manufacturers that satisfied the conditions of ➀ quality control (conforming to JIS), ② mass production capability, and ➂ management reliability. In this way, the fastener sales business started with merchandise unique to NANO SEIMITSU.

JIS fasteners from NANO SEIMITSU with price competitiveness in Thailand

At the beginning, the scheme was to repack fasteners imported from Taiwan in Thailand and deliver them to customers. However, at the request of a customer, we started to deploy the same product horizontally to factories in India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and further by sending them to Mexico, which greatly improved our logistics management. Through this improvement, we have succeeded in differentiating ourselves from other companies in terms of price competitiveness and other aspects. (Mainly the following 3 points)
①Avoiding Thai tariffs on overseas exports
② Unification of import customs clearance for Thailand
③Contributed significantly to the decrease in unit price of transportation charges due to the increase in transportation volume.

JIS flat fastener products have loose geometric tolerances (dimensional accuracy), so there should be no quality problems. JIS flat fastener products from NANO SEIMITSU have high quality and low unit price. In addition, the larger the size of iron and plated products, the more competitive the price. Although the unit price of the product is low, the quantity used is large, so it is also subject to cost reduction.
