YUYAO NAIDE AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY (Automatic assembly equipment)

Nano Seimitsu has a lineup of standard machines such as high-speed automatic sorting machines and semi-automatic visual inspection machines. We also focus on proposals to customize automatic machines to accommodate non-standard dimensions, shapes, weights, etc. It is not easy to describe the image of automation, but it can be said that the design ability of this area is the key to automation. We have partnered with NAIDE, a Chinese company with extensive knowledge and experience in this field, to strengthen our automation proposals in Thailand.

LINE QC SPECIALIST

Thorough in-process inspections and automatic pre-shipment sorting which is Nano Seimitsu's specialty, will improve the accuracy of defective product detection, but will not reduce the number of defective products themselves. In order to fundamentally reduce defective products, it is necessary to take measures against the source of defective products in the process. To stop the outflow of defective products of even one-in-a-million (zero PPM) without automatic sorting of all products, we can do "eliminate in-process defects.” LQS is a system in which software monitors and controls employee work procedures, equipment (machines), and measuring instruments to ensure that products are always manufactured within specifications (within mass production standards) and safely, in accordance with internal manufacturing rules.

JIS fasteners

Nano Seimitsu ships approximately 10 million fastener parts to Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, and India every month. These are JIS-standard products manufactured by a Taiwanese press manufacturer, and are characterized by cost competitiveness. If you switch from a Japanese manufacturer, you can save 5% to 20%, so please check us out.
