LINE QC LITE is a system that automatically outputs inspection data to a PC and makes pass/fail judgments in real-time. In this article, we would like to introduce the features and benefits of this system along with feedback from customer who are actually using it at manufacturing site.

One-stop service from automatic import of measurement data to inspection sheet creation and pass/fail judgment

"LINE QC LITE" is a new solution produced by Nano Seimitsu, which began sales in 2023. It is a revolutionary inspection system that automatically imports measurement data sent from wireless-compatible measuring instruments on a PC and creates an inspection table (Excel data) of the customer's own layout.

A wide range of measuring instruments can be connected, and data can be automatically input according to the type of measuring instrument.

<Example of measuring instruments that can be directly connected>
・Dial / Depth gauges
・Bore gauges
・Dedicated micrometers
・Calipers
・Various air micrometers
・Electronic gauges, etc.
*Consultation required for data input from other measuring instruments

Each measurement point, the number of workpieces, and the order of measurement can be freely set, andthe customer's own standard range can be set for each measurement point. Real-time pass/fail judgment is made while data is received by a PC, so defect will not be missed.

The greatest benefit is the reduction of workload and significant work time by switching from handwritten to automatic input of measurement data. Compared to manual data entry, it reduces human errors and contributes to improved work efficiency.

Case study at precision parts machining manufacturer Fortune Cross
Effective in reducing work time, eradicating defects, and improving quality

FORTUNE CROSS (THAILAND) CO., LTD, which machines precision parts such as motor shafts in Thailand, has been using "LINE QC LITE" for pre-shipment inspections. By implementing the system, the company was able to realize the following solutions.

<sues before implementation>
・Customers complained that the handwritten text on the inspection sheet was difficult to read
・Handwritten input takes time and caused frequent input errors.

<Improvements after implementation>
・Reduced work time
・Reduction of human error
・Elimination of defect products that were erroneously judged as acceptable(Pokayoke function)

"We have been focusing on improving our machining quality for many years, and with the implementation of LINE QC LITE, we have been able to reduce human errors and significantly reduce the number of defect products that have been overlooked. The elimination of the need for hand-written data entry has also shortened our work hours and has been very well received by our on-site staff. We recommend the implementation of it as a cost-effective final pre-shipment inspection system for the manufacturing industry in general" (Mr. Yamamoto, Factory Manager, Fortune Cross (Thailand)).

Since the acquired inspection data can be stored semi-permanently, analysis of the accumulated data will contribute to further quality improvement. Additionally, the LINE QC LITE system program can be used with one license per PC. Since there is no limit to the number of products and only a fixed cost for the software, the more compatible products you have, the higher the cost performance will be. *The cost of Digital Matching transmitter/receiver such as U-Wave is required separately.

LINE QC LITE is recommended for companies in the manufacturing industry that want to quickly and easily realize labor savings. A demo version is available, so if you are interested, please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form below.
