LINE QC SPECIALIST is a comprehensive monitoring and control system to prevent defective products from being created in the process. It strengthens tendency control and central control during mass production processing to eliminate in-process defects. The software also allows administrators to take data on the information they want, and the system is designed for mass production plants of single parts. Appearance of the LINE QC SPECIALIST system
・ Equipped with (1) a tablet, (2) Patlite, (3) a micrometer and a caliper (a standard measuring instrument by Mitsutoyo) on the wagon device.
・Equipped with U-WAVE wireless communication. When the operator presses a button, the measured data is automatically input to the control line of the tablet. Any U-WAVE compatible measuring instrument such as a dial gauge or depth gauge can be used.
・The wagon and software are integrated, and the battery is installed to allow moving during the process. This means that there is tendency control while recording data during mass production.
・Direct input is possible, even by hand, such as shape measuring instruments and lab data. All measurement items can be managed by one unit.
・A desktop type is also available for incoming and outgoing inspections (or when moving during the process is not necessary).
