Nano Seimitsu exhibited for the first time at "METALEX 2020" held at BITECH in Bangkok in November. At the exhibition hall, we interviewed Mr. Nobuhiro Oishi, MD, and Mr. Kazuaki Yada, Marketing and Purchasing Director, about "LINE QC SPECIALIST (hereafter LQS)", a comprehensive monitoring and management system to prevent defective products from being created.
Nano Seimitsu has been highlighting the necessity of 100% inspection. LQS, which has been explained several times in past articles, is the "ideal management system in the manufacturing line" that the company finally achieved.
LQS follows the customer's in-house manufacturing rules
① so that the product is always within the scope of internal management specifications (within the mass production standard),
② to be manufactured safely and according to the rules
by a mechanism with software that automatically inputs work procedures and measured values, displays trend, manages measured values, and monitors/manages measuring instruments.
▶︎Visualization of machine accuracy and process capability
▶ Estimation of specific problem areas on equipment (such as the swing accuracy of the spindle, holders and inserts used, etc.)
▶ Visualization of the degree of effort of each worker (can also be used for center management / employee evaluation and salary assessment)
▶ By understanding the processing capacity of each process, it is possible to reduce measurements at excessive frequency and thus improve productivity.
▶ Systematize measurement frequency management and have manufacturing rules thoroughly followed. Alert in case of abnormality
▶ Promote quality and efficiency improvement by accumulating measured data (big data)
In addition, it can be utilized for machine maintenance priority, estimation of repair points, judgment of machine use/non-use, supplier evaluation, change point management, etc.
“At METALEX, a cutting professional gave us his endorsement by saying, ‘LQS is very good! Everyone wants this!’ At the venue, I re-realized the importance of talking directly with customers and explaining the mechanism of LQS to have them understand. In the future, we will explain the mechanism in detail to our customers in a seminar format for better understanding. Furthermore, if customers wish, we will provide a demo machine free of charge so that they can experience the effects of data collection and analysis. I would like to carry out such a thorough PR activity. Starting next year, we will deploy the PR activity in industrial parks. Please look forward to it."
"I was worried about the turnout of customers to the exhibition because of the Corona pandemic, but, contrary to my concern, many people visited our booth. Thank you to everyone. In 2021, we will propose a sorting business and a comprehensive monitoring and management system (LQS) to continue supporting you as a consultant—an external brain that solves various troubles and problems related to quality assurance at the manufacturing site. "
Nano Seimitsu plans to visit major industrial parks in Thailand from the beginning of 2021 and hold LQS seminars. Please experience the innovation of LQS that surprised many visitors at the METALEX venue.
