The high-speed automatic sorting machine from China's UAZNC, which was scheduled to make its debut at SUBCON Thailand 2022, ASEAN's leading industry outsourcing and business matching event, is equipped with 8 cameras and can instantly determine acceptability from the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions.
And the collaboration machine, which combines an automatic sorting machine from Taiwanese sorting machine manufacturer ViZiON and an in-line projected image measuring instrument from KEYENCE, enables instant dimensional inspection of cut-machined products with extremely tight tolerances of 10μ. It is possible to do 100% inspection at a rate of 100 to 150 pieces per minute, 20 to 40 times faster than inspections performed by workers.
Post-shipment quality control
Nano Seimitsu's ZERO DEFECTS does not end with the shipment of products that have passed 100% inspections.
Since the LQS data acquired in the production process is accumulated as big data, the analysis software "MQA (Mass Quality Analysis)" can be used for:
(1) Analysis of process capability for each item and each person in charge
(2) Equipment condition diagnosis based on the process capability of each machine
(3) Evaluation and monitoring of people based on the process capability of each worker
(4) Analysis of change point management to obtain accurate and important hints, in orde to implement intrinsic quality improvement.

UAZNC's automatic sorting machines are equipped with 8 CCD cameras, two of which have special lens cameras that can view 360 degrees of outer diameter / 360 degrees of inner diameter.Until now, sorting cold forged products such as screws and nuts have been the mainstream for ViSiON of Taiwan, but by combining with a KEYENCE’s laser, it has become the latest high-speed automatic sorting machine with cameras and lasers that can inspect cut-machined products and polished products that require an accuracy in the 10μ range.We will continue to develop innovative technologies that we believe would be useful.
