【Interview】Nano Seimitsu implemented the capital and sales tie-up! There are demands for the appearance inspection equipment made by Decsys in Thailand.

We visited the new office as well as the demonstration room of “Decsys Thailand”, a manufacturer of appearance inspection equipment that moved its office this month. We share below the interview with Mr. Oishi, the President of Nano Seimitsu and Mr. Sato, the Manager of Decsys Thailand.

”Nano Seimitsu” which is the sales trading company for shaft, fastener, sorting machine, etc. implemented the capital and sales tie-up with “Decsys Thailand” which manufactures excellent appearance inspection equipment. Mr. Oishi, President of Nano Seimitsu and Mr. Sato, Manager of Decsys Thailand talked about the circumstances of the tie-up and the appearance inspection equipment.

Samurai Editorial Department (hereinafter referred to as “Editorial Department”): Manager Mr. Sato, please tell us about Decsys.

Sato: Decsys is the manufacturer of the appearance inspection equipment and was established in Japan in 1998. Our strong point is system and image processing. The sales of appearance inspection equipment in Japan are 70% for medicines and medical materials, such as medicine containers and syringes, and the remaining portion is for metal fixtures for automobiles and for food containers, such as pet bottles, etc.

Editorial Department: President Mr. Oishi, please let us know the circumstances of the capital and sales tie-up with Decsys.

Oishi: The Sorting Department is now most active in Nano Seimitsu. When we were considering enhancement of our products in the category of selection of all items before shipment, we met the appearance inspection equipment of Decsys. Our Company has already been selling the non-destructive type eddy current tester, “FTS of Eddy One” and the VISION image sorting machine which implements high-speed sorting of about 300PCS/minute using CCD camera. Now, we can handle almost all the requests from our customers with respect to sorting, by applying the appearance inspection equipment of Decsys.

Editorial Department: Manager Mr. Sato, what are the reasons why Decsys established a presence in Thailand?

Sato: Decsys has received orders for appearance inspection equipment from Thailand since around 2013. Then, starting in 2015, Decsys has conducted the market research in order to examine the feasibility of establishing a presence in Thailand. In Thailand the current situations of appearance inspection, it is normally conducted by visual observation. However, due to advancement of the industry and soaring labor costs, the future demand for appearance inspection by machine will increase and we decided to advance into Thailand.

Editorial Department: Please explain about Decsys Thailand.

Sato: Decsys Thailand will conduct “Development, manufacturing, sales and engineering of image processing appearance inspection system” and “Manufacturing, sales and engineering of image processing equipment”. Since our Company holds cameras and algorisms specialized in appearance inspection, we plan to develop appearance inspection equipment for metal parts for the Thai market. Firstly, we concentrate on shaft inspection and metal whole surface inspection for automobile market.

Editorial Department: President Mr. Oishi, please introduce the strong point of the appearance inspection equipment of Decsys.

Oishi: The strong point of the appearance inspection equipment of Decsys is that they have high level image processing technology together with automation technology. This technology is able to detect scratches, dents, dirt, etc.as small as 0.2mm square, and it is the highest level of technology in the world.

The appearance inspection equipment requires very difficult technology. Please try the appearance inspection equipment of Decsys without fail.

Editorial Department: Thank you very much for your explanation. The tie-up between Nano Seimitsu and Decsys is likely to have a big impact on the sorting machine market in Thailand.

Management of Personal Information

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
