Nano Seimitsu participated at SUBCON THAILAND 2023 held from May 10 to 13, 2023. We exhibited our latest solutions such as high-speed image sorting machines for cutting parts / O-rings, various parts feeders, and LINE QC system, receiving many visitors. We would like to introduce three of the most notable solutions with video clips.
Solution.1: KEYENCE TM-X5000 image measuring instrument × VIZION

In-line projection image measuring instrument KEYENCE TM-X5000 × Image sorting machine VIZION
This solution automates the total inspection (high-speed sorting) of machined parts, etc., for which strict tolerances are required. The existing system uses a CCD camera (100-micron level resolution), but the newly installed KEYENCE image measuring instrument enables high-speed micron-level judgment. It is capable of sorting approximately 100 to 150 parts per minute.

■VIZION (Image sorting machine)
This is a high-speed image sorting machine by VIZION, a Taiwanese sorter manufacturer with a sorting capacity of 300 to 800 pieces per minute. It can handle all kinds of materials such as metal, resin, and rubber.
