Nano Seimitsu, participated at SUBCON THAILAND 2023 held from May 10 to 13, 2023. We exhibited our latest solutions such as high-speed image sorting machines for cutting parts / O-rings, various parts feeders, and LINE QC system, receiving many visitors. We would like to introduce three of the most notable solutions with video clips.
Solution.2: O-ring (rubber) high-speed image sorting machine
This equipment specializes in O-ring sorting. Until now, metal parts have been the mainstream, but with the recent increase in demand for rubber, we have developed a sorting device specialized for the inspection of rubber and plastic O-rings. In general, rubber products were considered difficult to image inspect because they are often light and small. Therefore, this solution was developed in cooperation with a specialized manufacturer of O-ring image sorting equipment, and has achieved high cost-effectiveness with high functionality and low cost.
