High-speed image sorting machine with sorting ability of 300 to 800 pieces per minute
There are many sorting machine manufacturers in Taiwan, and one of the major manufacturers is VIZION. The machine can handle a wide range of materials, including metal, resin, rubber, and wood, and is capable of high-speed automatic sorting for hardness and material abnormalities by combining image sorting using a CCD camera and an eddy current tester. It can operate at a speed of 300 to 800 pieces per minute, enabling a throughput of 100,000 to 200,000 pieces per day.

・Glass table type
By placing the sorting objects standing on a round-shaped glass table with the screw head upside down, the camera sorts by inspecting them from the top, bottom, left and right. Suitable for freestanding items.
・Index type
Sorting by hooking the head of the screw. Suitable for sorting objects that cannot stand on their own. It can sort 300 pieces per second, and is the fastest series of sorting machines handled by Nano Seimitsu.
・Glass table type
