The Procon Pump is a self-priming pump that transfers water using rotating vanes (blades). Capable of discharging at high pressure, it eliminates metal-to-metal contact by incorporating low-friction carbon graphite in sliding components such as the vanes. This design ensures superior quietness and durability. The pump is widely used in mechanical industry applications, including cooling systems for welding machines and hydraulic pressure generators, as well as in the food and beverage industry.

Coolant unit with chip conveyor, equipped with an NOP cyclone filter pump. Developed in collaboration with Suzuka IP (Thailand), this coolant unit is tailored for the Thai market and designed for BT30-type machining centers. The NOP cyclone filter pump effectively removes sludge, eliminating the need for a drum filter and resulting in a maintenance-free coolant unit with fewer breakdowns. The “NOP Filter Pump” is a high-pressure and medium-pressure coolant pump that integrates both the filter and pump into a single unit. This design eliminates the need for line filters, suction filters, or separate clean tanks, significantly reducing the factory space required. The pump is available with either a cyclone filter or the proprietary Turbulence Filter®, which features automatic cleaning to continuously remove accumulated sludge, ensuring maintenance-free filter operation.
