Maintenance-free coolant tank unit, featuring an NOP filter pump and chip conveyor
Coolant unit with chip conveyor, equipped with an NOP cyclone filter pump. Developed in collaboration with Suzuka IP (Thailand), this coolant unit is tailored for the Thai market and designed for BT30-type machining centers. The NOP cyclone filter pump effectively removes sludge, eliminating the need for a drum filter and resulting in a maintenance-free coolant unit with fewer breakdowns. Additionally, we offer consultations for modifications and improvements to existing tanks.

・Manufactured locally in Thailand, ensuring fast repair and regular maintenance support
・The cyclone filter removes over 90% of chips larger than 50μm
・No friction occurs between the chips and the cyclone filter, ensuring maintenance-free operation
・The coolant is filtered by the NOP filter pump, providing clean fluid to the machine
・The system automatically recirculates and re-absorbs the clean coolant liquid for forced circulation
