CNC precision lathe X series (1 spindle 1 turret)

Among the TAKAMAZ CNC lathes that consists of a wide variety of products, the "X series" is a general-purpose CNC lathe mainly with 2-axis control. Cumulative production has exceeded 30,000 units. XTs-6 (6 inch / World's smallest lathe)

A precision lathe boasting the smallest floor space in the industry. High-speed operation of each axis, including maximum spindle speed, X-axis and Z-axis rapid traverse speeds. Reduction of both cutting and non-cutting time shortens cycle time and improves productivity. Another nice point is that the idle stop function saves energy and electricity during automatic operation stoppage.

XT-6 (6 inch / maximum level rapid traverse rate lathe)

Rapid traverse rate marks the best in its class! By improving the Z axis motor output, the drilling capacity is improved by 20%, achieving significant time savings. In addition, 6 power tools can be mounted,allowing a variety of compound machining such as hole drilling and keyway grooving to be performed. XT-8 (8 inch / Low-speed high-torque lathe)

Low-speed high-torque specification with the ability to deliver high torque when machining in the medium- and low-speed ranges has been added. This model is equipped with a large-diameter chuck, targeting the cutting of large-diameter workpieces, offering heavy-duty cutting capability when machining at medium and low spindle speeds.
