ESL-10 (6 inches / low-priced, simple model)

Made in Japan, this highly reliable simple machine complies with CE standards, offers world-class safety and durability, and achieves turning capabilities similar to that of our flagship model at low cost. Despite its compact design, this 6-inch lathe provides workspace for a wide variety of shapes and improves productivity.

XYT-51 (Compound precision lathe with 6 inch / adopting BMT45 system)

The half index allows for up to 48 turning tools and up to 24 power tools. In addition, the bolt mount system supports a wide range of attachments from various holder manufacturers and a variety of tooling layouts. Machining suitable for your production style can be realized. A larger main spindle through-hole diameter and a higher motor output power realize bar work with a maximum φ51 mm and heavy-duty cutting. This is one unit that meets the needs of integrated machining processes, such as the movement synchronization of the first and second turrets.

XWG-3 (2-spindle / gang type CNC precision lathe)

Conventional machines that excel in mass production machining of small items have evolved! The 19-inch touch panel with excellent visibility not only improves operability, but also newly adopts power regeneration system. The operation is also faster and more energy-efficient. Equipped with two built-in motor spindles, this lathe realizes high precision and high-efficiency production.

XTs-6 (6 inch / World's smallest lathe)

A precision lathe boasting the smallest floor space in the industry. High-speed operation of each axis, including maximum spindle speed, X-axis and Z-axis rapid traverse speeds. Reduction of both cutting and non-cutting time shortens cycle time and improves productivity. Another nice point is that the idle stop function saves energy and electricity during automatic operation stoppage.

XV-3 (3/4 inch / inverted vertical lathe for process integration)

Three spindles are installed in one machine which enable a variety of machining from turning to drilling with power tools and flexible process configuration, such as a 1-1-1, 1-1-2, 1-2-2 or 1-2-3 pattern. Moreover, the coolant tank, the chip conveyor, and the mist collector, etc. are for one unit. In addition to space savings, it also contributes to cost savings. In addition to workpiece transfer by self-loading, the number of transfers between chucks is reduced by the transfer device, which has a workpiece turnover function. Setup effort can also be reduced.
