Technoplast was founded in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture in 1968 and engages in plastic processing and sales. Its Thai subsidiary, Technoplast (Thailand), was established in 2014.
The Thai subsidiary handles various types of plastic processing and sales, similar to its operations in Japan. This includes plate cutting, lathe processing, sheet processing (bending, welding), small-diameter round rods, engraving, printing products, molding, and material cut sales. The materials they handle include MC nylon, POM, PPS, Teflon, PEEK, PP, PE, acrylic, PVC, PET, polycarbonate, Bakelite, epoxy glass, Miolex, Unilate, ABS, PAI, PI, PEI, PBT, and industrial rubber.
Plastic is a material that is difficult to process with high precision.
It is sensitive to temperature changes and has water absorption properties, making it more delicate compared to metals. Even with air conditioning, plastic parts can deform and lose precision in an environment with a room temperature of 30°C.
Since Thailand is a hot and humid country, the heat can lead to deformation of parts.
However, unlike in Japan, temperature control in typical Thai factories is not as rigorous.
To manufacture plastic products with Japanese quality, we maintain strict temperature control at ±2°C of 25°C. Our precision tolerance is within the range of 0.01mm.
With over 50 years of knowledge and experience in Japan, we can provide customers in Thailand with components of the same high precision as those produced in Japan.
Temperature control is not limited to within the factory.
During product transportation, we use trucks with air conditioned cargo area to ensure that no defects occur in the delivered products.
We handle everything from tiny, fingertip-sized parts to precision parts with complex shapes, and from a single prototype to mass production.
Even if you don’t have drawings of the parts, we can work from the actual item.
We will collaborate with customers to propose the most suitable plastic processing solutions.
Feel free to consult us on any plastic (resin) needs.
