Transport trays and pallets

Plastic (resin) is lightweight, durable, water and chemical resistant, washable, and free of mold and bacteria, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Our plastic transport trays can be used for a variety of applications, including optical and electronic components, precision instruments, and automotive parts. We create pallets that are optimal for packing, transportation, delivery, storage, tailored to meet customers' specific requirements.

Inspection jigs

Jigs are devices used to fix and set the working position of parts and tools. Among these, inspection jigs are specifically used to check the dimensions of manufactured products (workpieces). Inspection jigs are ideal for measuring shapes that are difficult to inspect with calipers or micrometers. Since products can be inspected immediately after being taken out of the mold, they help avoid manual measurement errors and reducing downtime. The features of plastic (resin) inspection jigs include low cost, lightweight, and precision retention.

Robot arms and robot fingers

More and more companies are implementing industrial robots for labor-saving and automation. Robots can replicate human joint movements, allowing them to perform tasks similar to those carried out by humans. They are used in various processes such as transporting, moving, loading, welding, painting, packing, processing, and assembly. In recent years, there has been a focus on preventing the scattering of lubricating oil used in the arm parts and reducing the weight of robots, leading to an increase in the use of plastics instead of metals. Plastics offer excellent earthquake resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and insulation properties, and they do not rust. They are also ideal for preventing scratches on the workpieces they handle.

Lathe-processed products

We lathe plastic products such as screws, connectors, and rings according to specification drawings. When it comes to plastics (resin), we can handle most types, including super engineering plastics, engineering plastics, general-purpose plastics, thermosetting resins, as well as rubber and urethane. Using the latest lathes and multi-tasking lathes to ensure high-precision processing of Japanese quality.

Plastic bending and welding

Bending processing involves softening sheet materials such as acrylic, PVC, and PET with an electric heating rod or electric furnace, then shaping them into the required shape using a fixed jig or mold. This one-piece processing method is commonly used for products like covers and trays. For cases where one-piece processing is not feasible or where additional strength is required, resin can be melted and joined using welding rods and specialized tools, or adhesive processing can be employed.

Assembly products

We can also handle assembly products combined with other materials such as metal or rubber components. Generally, when combining materials with different properties, factors like shrinkage after molding must be considered. As a professional resin processing company, we have reliable technology. Additionally, we offer integrated services from material procurement to the assembly of semi-finished and finished product. You can trust us with your products.
