Bakelite and Epoxy Glass…
We are equipped to handle materials with high processing difficulty
In recent years, there has been a growing demand for materials with insulating, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant properties, including:
We frequently receive inquiries from customers seeking aesthetic quality or who have been turned away by other companies due to the high difficulty of processing.
■ Medical Products
There is a growing trend towards demanding for high safety, hygiene, compact and complex shapes, and aesthetic quality in medical products, all of which require advanced machining techniques. We are receiving an increasing number of orders for medical resin components.
■ Electronic Boards and Components
Epoxy glass (GFRP) is commonly used in electronic substrates and similar applications. Due to its extreme hardness and the dust generated during cutting, both machining expertise and effective dust control measures are essential.
Maintaining Japanese-Level Machining Technology and Quality Control in Thailand
We are fully equipped with 3D measurement devices, image measuring instruments, and other precision tools, ensuring meticulous attention to quality control.
Furthermore, we maintain a constant temperature of 25°C (±2°C) in our factory. Resins are highly sensitive to temperature, and even slight variations can cause dimensional changes. Our commitment to maintaining the same environment and product precision as in Japan has made us the preferred choice for many Japanese-affiliated companies, including those in the automotive industry.
To provide a service that will be valued in Thailand
Our new factory began operations in 2020, and there is still room for growth. The focus now is on how to effectively leverage this facility moving forward.
The newly-arrived members in Thailand (MD: Shonan / Sales: Murata / Production: myself=Mitsumura) will work together to provide services that will be appreciated by our customers in Thailand. We accept machining of difficult shapes and materials that other companies may refuse. Please feel free to contact us!
