The Samurai Asia Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'this Agreement') stipulates the terms of use for the web service provided under the name 'Samurai Asia' by KOA-SHA (THAILAND), a company based in Thailand.

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
