Cutting tools manufacturing equipment to realize full-scale drill regrinding easily and quickly.
Avoid chipping the edge of a blade by applying edge honing, bringing a stabilizing effect to the edge of a blade through abrasion. Not only point shape and thinning, but also the edge honing process can be done automatically. It takes about 2 minutes to re-polish the drill of carbide φ 10 mm; a process which took five minutes or more to re-polish until honing prior to this equipment for cutting tool manufacturing.
1. Processing range: φ3 ~ 16 mm, L: 50 ~ 22 mm, carbide, high-speed steel.
Point angle: Automatic recognition 115 °~ 150 ° (manual input 90 °~ 114 °)
Point shape: cone, flat two-steps
