GRAF: Wet blasting device Compact series

It is an effective device for complex-shaped tools that can efficiently deliver high-flow rate wet media to big size tools with large unevenness differences such as hobs and brooches, and can perform high-quality surface treatment. The nozzle automatically follows according to the shape of the tool, and surface treatment is performed at the optimum angle and distance.

The high-resolution measuring by 5 mega pixel USB 3.0 color camera and high brightness from LED gooseneck are installed and the tool is measured under a clear image at full HD resolution. The optical error caused by the mechanism of the zoom lens is corrected by the calibration glass plate and realizes stable measurement even if the magnification is changed. It is a measuring equipment compatible with a wide range of tool sizes.

SMK FILTRATION

It is possible to meet a wide range of needs from high precision filtration of 0.5μm minimum to coarse grain filtration up to 50μm maximum.
