Accessories

We prepared the accessories and peripheral equipment which maximize the performance of the COSMO Air Leak Tester. We have a Master Chamber to solve the problems, such as dealing with various kinds of products in the master's comparison system and Exhaust Valve Units to prevent the invasion of foreign substances, such as water and oil, to prevent the tester's malfunction.

Master Chamber MC series

When putting test pressure on work, the air temperature rises rapidly by insulation change, and it will be an error factor of minute leak measurement. Master Chamber can match the temperature characteristics of work by changing the ratio of volume and surface area with the number and arrangement of fins and eliminate error factors by temperature change. It enables measurements excellent in repeatability without volume change.

External Exhaust Valve Units G3-ME

When water or oil are left inside work, or it is used in a testing device which is used in combination with water-dunking, these foreign substances might get into the air leak tester exhaust, and it might cause a malfunction. By setting up the exhaust valve unit close to the work, the malfunction can be prevented before it happens. It adopted an air-operated valve with a special structure which is resistant to solid waste. The movement of the exhaust valve can be controlled by the tester body.
