① Proposal and Design of Automation Concept

First, we gain a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and the situation at the site. Then, we create a conceptual drawing for the optimal automation system, including cycle time and simulation data using robot software.

■ Conceptual drawings are created in-house, and proposals are made quickly (Creation period: about 1-2 weeks)
■ Meetings can be conducted by experienced Thai or Japanese engineers. We accurately understand customer requirements and reflect them in the conceptual drawings.

② Trial with Actual Equipment

This service is provided to customers who wish to perform machining or inspection and check the results. We flexibly accommodate customer requests, such as deburring or machining of workpieces like gears or aluminum die-casting, as well as camera inspections (appearance inspections).

■ Tests can be performed using machines from various robot manufacturers (Fanuc, Nachi, etc.)
■ Tests can be performed using machines brought in by the customer
