Deburring machine

We specialize in automating deburring and chamfering processes that were traditionally challenging, with a history of 30 years in Japan and 12 years in Thailand. Our original 6-axis machining robot, "Roborouter Series," specialized for machining, serves as the core of our automation system proposals for deburring, chamfering, and finishing processes. Additionally, we possess a wide range of proprietary cutting tools, crucial for effective deburring automation. Our ability to tailor cutting tools to specific applications alongside our system proposals is a unique strength of our company.

Deburring tools

The burrs generated vary depending on the machining method such as cutting, pressing, and injection molding. Our company designs and manufactures these tools entirely in-house. We deliver high-performance, high-quality custom-made workpieces to meet our customers' needs for deburring, chamfering, and edge finishing.
