We have a team of engineers dedicated to designing equipment and machinery tailored to our customers' specific needs.

In this department, design engineers use AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS (3D CAD design software) to create drawings that are subsequently sent to the Manufacturing Department.

In the design process, we first discuss the concept according to the customer's needs, and then create a drawing.

All members of our team of design engineers are capable of designing special-purpose machinery that meets all of our customers' requirements. You can count on us for complex and highly challenging mechanical designs that other companies may consider too difficult or even impossible.

While standard parts are easy to procure and often meet quality standards from the outset, custom-made parts present greater quality control challenges and may have longer lead times than usual.


Standard parts are identified by their part codes, which makes it easier for customers to procure spare parts.

In the Electrical Engineering Department, engineers with over 10 years of experience and expertise handle the design of electrical hardware, assembly and wiring of control panels, and programming tasks.

After completing the mechanical design, the Electrical Engineering Department proceeds with designing electrical systems and safety device systems based on the drawings. Once the electrical system design is complete, wiring work inside the machine begins, followed by programming. Furthermore, if any issues arise with the electrical system after delivery, our team in the Electrical Engineering Department provides comprehensive after-sales service.

The staff of this department have been working together for more than 10 years, fostering smooth communication and mutual understanding through constant information sharing related to their tasks. Additionally, our accumulated experience with over 300 units has equipped us with extensive knowledge and expertise in electrical systems, enabling us to handle various types of machines and electrical systems.

Our team, with experience programming over 300 units, leverages this expertise to oversee all aspects of assembly operations and instructional matters.

After receiving the drawings from the Mechanical Design Department, this department assembles and programs the machines according to the designs, installs them, and provides after-sales service.

Simultaneously, we offer guidance to our customers on the operation of the machine.
