Our original 6-axis machining robot, "Roborouter Series," specialized for machining, serves as the core of our automation system proposals for deburring, chamfering, and finishing processes. Additionally, we possess a wide range of proprietary cutting tools, crucial for effective deburring automation. The burrs generated vary depending on the machining method such as cutting, pressing, and injection molding. Therefore, there are a wide variety of tools for deburring, such as chamfering, outer diameter chamfering, back beveling, rotating blades, and scrapers. Our company designs and manufactures these tools entirely in-house.
