The combination of function-specific modules with a width of 600 mm completes everything from washing/drying to transporting ! By adopting CNC control and modularity, it is possible to respond freely to changes in production plans.
The newly developed "Swing Aim Wash" constantly sprays cleaning water perpendicular to the hole, because three servo axes – namely, the rotation axis of the workpiece, the up-down and left-right axis of the of the nozzle - move synchronously. In addition, since it is CNC controlled, the aiming position and washing time can be freely adjusted by changing the program. There is a trick to ensure that chips are removed from the tap. By adopting modularity, the cleaning line can be completed simply by combining each module of washing/drying to transporting. It is also possible to use modules between factories when needed, with only the functions they need.
