Deburring tool holder/spindle motor unit

The biggest feature of Barriquan is the built-in floating mechanism. The tip of the tool expands and contracts up and down by 10 mm, allowing the tool to be pressed against the workpiece at a constant pressure. This prevents burrs from being left behind and workpieces that have been scraped too much, and even removes burrs even for workpieces with complex shapes, contributing to the automation of deburring! Drilling unit (Selfeeder)

Drilling screws have a drilling function (cutting edge) at the tip and can perform pilot drilling, tapping and tightening. From mass production of single products to high-mix production, our drilling units can be customized according to the usage and cost.

Deburring washing machine (Jet clean center)

A high-pressure washing machine using a water jet is suitable for cleaning parts and deburring. In addition to being able to be used for various materials, it is also possible to clean parts with complex shapes, contributing to the stabilization of work quality. Moreover, since cleaning is performed with a small amount of water, there is an advantage that running costs can be reduced. We have a wide variety of high-pressure water washing machines to suit customers’ applications.

Tilting Spindle Motor Unit BARRIQUAN BRQ-EL01

The "BRQ-EL01" is a spindle motor unit that automates the deburring process for cast parts, particularly suited for removing burrs along the parting line (jointed surface) of aluminum and iron castings. It eliminates the quality inconsistencies of manual deburring, ensures uniform finishing, and promotes automation and efficiency in the workplace.

Plunger Type Pump (Sugino Pump)

A “plunger-type pump" that reciprocates a plunger (rod-shaped piston) in a cylinder to cause a volume change to suck in and discharge liquid. Due to its structure, it generates high pressure. Our pump can stably supply high pressure and ultrahigh pressure water.
