Drilling unit (Selfeeder)

Drilling screws have a drilling function (cutting edge) at the tip and can perform pilot drilling, tapping and tightening. From mass production of single products to high-mix production, our drilling units can be customized according to the usage and cost.

Tapping unit (Synchrotapper)

Tapping is the machining to carve a thread inside the hole to tighten a male screw that has a thread on the outer surface. The combination of this male screw and female thread determines the degree of tightening, so accuracy and precision are required. We have developed a tapping unit by combining many years of technology and know-how. The servo series is ideal for high-precision tapping.
