Since the first SCARA robot was developed in 1979, Ueno has continued to improve and develop SCARA robots for more than 30 years. The "YK-XG series" has a completely beltless structure that significantly reduces lost motion and maintains high accuracy for a long time! The maximum speed has been remarkably increased compared to previous models by raising the maximum motor speed. The low-priced "YK-XE Series" can also be customized to meet customer needs.

The FLIP-X series single-axis robots are general-purpose robots with electric actuators consisting of an AC servo motor, base, ball screw, linear guide, etc., and can be used for a variety of applications including assembly and inspection. The position detector uses a resolver with excellent environmental resistance, and the long product life greatly contributes to reducing maintenance and management costs.

The orthogonal robot XY-X series is an electric actuator consisting of 2 to 6 orthogonal sliding axes. It boasts a full range of arm variations and functionality, from compact, low-cost models to those suitable for transporting heavy loads and long distances. They can be widely used for diverse operations of various components such as small precision machine parts, automotive parts, and electronic parts for mounting on substrates.

The YP-X series is a pick & place robot capable of high-speed palletizing of small parts. The overall width is narrow and the moving arm structure minimizes interference with the surrounding area, allowing for space savings on the production line. Servo control of all axes eliminates the need for fine mechanical adjustment in positioning. The robot is designed for ease of use.

The linear conveyor module LCM is a conveyance system featuring a modular structure and high-speed direct drive using a linear motor. Versatile inter-process transfer with high added value can be constructed. High throughput is achieved through high-speed, high-precision, high-speed pitch movements, assembly operations on sliders, and reverse feed movements of sliders.
