We expand a wide range of services in Thailand, not only for the maintenance of production-related equipment. We have built up a three-department system of
"repair and modification", "non-processing machine" and "jig", and our craftsmen with Japan-level technical skills repair and overhaul the equipment. In particular, our strengths are the repair of equipment spindles and rotary tools, the repair of slides, and the scrapping work. We also provide consultation and manufacturing services for various jigs, special machines, and robot systems. We have excellent technology and human resources available to our customers.

High-quality jig
"Processing jig" that is indispensable for processing, such as clamps and nails that come into direct contact with the product. And "inspection jig" used for measuring products. Both are indispensable tools for the manufacturing of stable quality products. In addition to these high-quality jigs, we can manufacture and procure various gauges and grinding machine blades (regrinding and replacing). We also perform electrode, assembly, measurement and instrument calibration. If you are looking for high-precision jigs or inspection jigs with or without drawings, please consult with us.
Transport related / automation proposal
There is a wide variety of transport equipment such as conveyors, lifting devices, and transport robots. Placing the right equipment in the right place not only improves productivity, but also contributes to the automation and labor saving of the work process. Our staff with a lot of experience will propose automation and labor savings to meet the needs of our customers. We also manufacture, adjust, and modify equipment according to our customer's plan.
Repair and modification of principal axis, spindle
One of the reasons for the trouble of machining accuracy can be attributed to the trouble of the shaft head and spindle. All possible possibilities are considered such as damage and deterioration of the bearing, wear of the center shaft, etc. We identify, improve and solve the problems of these shaft heads and spindles. After the shaft head and spindle have been repaired, we will confirm the performance of the test run device, such as temperature change and vibration. Special machines
Special machines (special machine tools) equipped with only the necessary functions, such as deburring, assembly, and measurement, are indispensable for improving productivity. The point of operations of a special machine is to effectively use the machine that matches the work. We understand the customer's wish accurately and propose the optimum special machine. We will help you with one-stop service from design to manufacture. It is also possible to modify existing machines.
Repair and modification of slide unit
We provide grinding of sliding portions due to various slide unit wear, repair of scrapping grinding, etc. The part that is directly related to product accuracy is mainly the slide unit. For equipment that has been used for a long time, the sliding portion is worn due to product processing. Therefore, it is important to maintain proper lubrication and keep the function normal at all times.
Repair and modification of rotating unit
We are one of the few companies in Thailand that can repair milling units (rotary tools). It is cheaper than a new purchase of a rotary unit, which leads to a reduction in costs. If you think that the rotating unit is in bad condition, please consult us first before disposing of it.
