Scraper

Conveyors that discharge chips from machine tools by scraping them with a scraper. It is suitable for small and fine chips that would get into the joints of the hinge plate. Drum filter scraper

By attaching a filter suitable for chips to the drum built into the conveyor, coolant and cleaning fluids and chips, whether magnetic or non-magnetic, are filtered through. Chip conveyor / Magnetic roller type

A number of special magnetic rollers with partially different magnetic forces are arranged in the frame. When coolant and chips from the machine tool flow into the tank, the powerful magnets adsorb the chips, and only the coolant escapes through the slit at the bottom of the conveyor. The adsorbed chips are transferred between the magnetic rollers and discharged out of the tank.

Pumping unit with FILSTAR filtration device

A pump unit that can easily utilize the functions of the advanced filtration device FILSTAR®︎. It can be retrofitted to the coolant tank of existing machine tools (machining center, NC lathe, various processing machines). FILSTAR's® high-precision filtration function by centrifugation solves the problem of chips and sludge in the tank. For maintenance, just throw away the sludge that has accumulated in the drain cup.
